After retiring from his dream practice in Taupo, NZ, Dr. Phil McMaster followed his calling and assumed the role as the president of New Zealand  College of Chiropractic in Auckland. 

In the first half of this  interview, he shares his strategies of how he built a highly successful practice in a small town. He attributes a lot of his practice success to community involvement and a patient membership program. 

In the second part of the show, "Dr. Phil" offers up some very candid viewpoints on the past, current and future prospects of the chiropractic profession.  Find out what view he holds supports evidence-based practice versus evidence-informed practice.
